CONDITION-SPECIFIC GUIDANCE
Osteoarthritis
Use the Medium setting daily after morning stiffness subsides. Consistent use over 6–8 weeks
typically yields the most noticeable improvement in mobility and pain levels.
Post-Surgery Recovery (ACL / Arthroscopy / Knee Replacement)
Begin on Low setting only — do not use High until cleared by your surgeon or physiotherapist.
Combine with prescribed physiotherapy exercises for best results.
Runner’s Knee & Sports Recovery
Use after training sessions on Low or Medium for 20 minutes. Allow the knee to cool
completely before returning to activity.

STRAP ADJUSTMENT GUIDE
Too tight: skin indentation, numbness or tingling below the knee — loosen immediately.
Too loose: wrap slides during movement — re-fasten and add slight additional tension.
Correct: two-finger clearance, stable during light walking, no circulation restriction.
